Sempco has provided boundary surveys for Substation properties since the 1970’s. Using that experience, Sempco has grown its Substation Surveying expertise to include topographic surveys within active substations using the latest LiDAR scanning tools. Using those same tools we have been able to provide our clients with centimeter level accuracy on foundations, buses, switches as well as many other substation obstructions. Sempco has also performed Level B SUE surveys within and around substations providing conduit and other subsurface utility locations.
